Metals will be awarded to the top 3 winners of each category.
GoRuck was gracious enough to provide us with some SWAG. Everyone who PRE REGISTERS and Participates is eligible for RUCKS. Drawing will occur at the event.

2. Event, Categories, & Start Times
Generally speaking the event consists of completing Loops that are each followed by a Pain Station. Participants may choose from the following event formats:
0400 - Unlimited Ruck: 3 Loops with Stations 1-3 then AMRAP Loops with Burpee Station. 3 Hour Limit
Must Wear Ruck with minimum 30# Plate the entire time
0400 - Unlimited Run: 3 Loops with Stations 4-6 then AMRAP Loops with Burpee Station 3 Hour Limit
0500 - 3.63 Mile Ruck: 3 Loops with Stations 1-3 for time
Must Wear Ruck with minimum 30# Plate the entire time
0530 - 3.63 Mile Run: – 3 Loops with Stations 4-6 for time.
This is a test of endurance, strength, and mental toughness. Participants must embrace the discomfort and push their limits.
Safety comes first. If you feel unwell, notify a fellow participant or event staff immediately.
Any participant leading this workout is not a certified trainer, doctor, or medical professional. We are simply men pushing each other to be better, your health and safety are your responsibility.
This is a free, voluntary workout. You are here of your own free will. No one is being charged, coerced, or required to participate. You assume full responsibility for any risks involved.
Push yourself, but don’t hurt yourself. You know your body better than anyone. If at any point an exercise feels unsafe or beyond your ability, modify or take a break. The goal is to get better, not to get injured.
Look out for your brothers. F3 is built on camaraderie. If you see a brother struggling, encourage him. If someone needs help, step up. Leave no man behind, and leave no man where we found him.
You assume all risks. By participating in this event, you acknowledge that F3, its members, and anyone leading the workout are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur. You take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
Each lap consists of a 1.21-mile loop run/ruck followed by 10 Burpees and a Station. Participants will complete:
Unlimited Run & Unlimited Ruck: As many full laps followed by a station as possible within the time limit.
3.63 Mile Ruck: 3 laps, stopping at stations 1, 2, and 3 following each lap
3.63 Mile Run: 3 laps, stopping at stations 4, 5, and 6 following each lap
Start/Finish is located at the Gazebo and participants will move clockwise around the lake
Participants need to stay on the right side of the pathway unless passing someone. This will avoid participants from having to run on the grass
Upon the completion of each lap, all participants will check in at the Start/Finish and complete 10 Burpees before completing their next station
Once a station has been completed in its entirety, the participant can start their next lap
No laps will be started after 0710
All completed laps will be counted towards the total for each participant
Rucker Stations
Station 1 – Bear Crawl
Hands and feet must remain in contact with the ground at all times
No standing or walking
Station 2 – 50 Hand Release Merkins (Push-Ups)
Chest must touch the ground.
Hands must fully release before pressing back up.
Incomplete reps do not count.
Station 3 – 60# Sandbag Carry
Sandbag must remain off the ground except for grip adjustments.
Carry position is flexible but must not be dragged or rolled.
Runner Stations
Station 4 – 100 Hand Release Merkins (Push-Ups)
Chest must touch the ground.
Hands must fully release before pressing back up.
Incomplete reps do not count.
Station 5 – 100 Alternating Step Ups
One rep consists of one step up with each leg (left + right = 1 rep)
Station 6 – Farmer Carry with Coupons
Coupons must be carried by hand—no dragging.
Grip changes and hand changes are allowed but must complete the full distance.
Bonus Station for Unlimited Participants ONLY
BONUS Station after 3 completed laps – BEAR CRAWL and BURPEES

Unlimited Ruck & 3.63 Mile Ruck participants must wear a ruck and carry a 30# plate for the Entire Time.
Proper footwear and attire are required. No open-toe shoes or inappropriate gear.
The event is not officially timed for unlimited categories, but participants will track their laps by checking in at the checkin table following each lap before they start their station exercise
3.63 Mile Ruck & 3.63 Mile Run are for best time—timing will be monitored.
Participants must complete all designated stations and laps for their category.
Water and fuel stations will be available.
Participants should carry personal hydration if needed.
Skipping any station or failing to complete the required repetitions or distance.
Ignoring safety instructions or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct.
Medical withdrawal deemed necessary by event staff.
